Jeff's 21st Birthday
After having dinner at Wallingford Pizza House (no pictures taken), then hitting the bar at Rosita's for their giant margaritas, we returned to Jeff's apartment and continued in the festivities by way of making more margaritas. Here, Jeff is yelling into the street that it's his 21st birthday and he's piss drunk.
